We Vinon Machine Tools offer full range of filters used in wire-cut machine and edm machine,Type in Water Filter and Oil Filter.
1.Filter precision: Standard 5micron, special precision 3micron and 8micron.
2.Working life:
Except for single filter used in machine, the working time is depending on the workpiece materials, if it is special steel like tungsten steel, alloy steel, metallurgy steel, copper and aluminum, the working life will be a little bit shorter than cutting of ordinary steel.
The working time is also different from cutting and finishing.
3.The possible phenomenon of newly installed filters in 1~2days: a slight turbidity or a slight bubble appeared in water, the water quality will be getting normal in 2 days later, it is allowed and it will not affect the results.
4.The trap settings by the standard volume: if the total weight of filter after used is beyond the weight of net filter plus sewage, that certifying the filter element is in standard function.
